I’ve suffered from digestive problems all my life. IBS haunted me for years. Going vegan was the only way I could get my stomach back in working order.
When I developed arthritis, cooking became difficult. I’ve had to adapt many of my recipes and food choices for microwave cooking. In this way, I can still eat healthy but I’m not standing in the kitchen for hours to get it done.
