I got an extra treat for Easter. My niece brought dessert. There were brownies and there was vegan chocolate pudding. Homemade.
Oh my goodness, it was so good! It was rich, thick, and chocolately. It was like licking cake batter off the beaters. I was all over my spoon. It was that good.
I brought the rest home. I’ve frozen a couple of portions, but made sure to leave a little in the fridge. I might lick the bowl when I’m done. You never know.
I’ve never frozen pudding before. I didn’t have small containers and had to poor it into zipper bags. Hopefully, it will thaw fine.
I don’t eat pudding very often, less than once a year. I’ve never made it from scratch. I may have to get the recipe for this one!
