It’s great to have the Farmer’s Market this time of year. There’s so much different produce to choose from. And, it’s so much better than what you find in the store.
I’m getting ready to make lunch. I have so much produce to choose from to make a sandwich. I have a bowl of steamed broccoli, carrots, spinach, and cauliflower. There’s boiled beets, steamed crookneck squash, and steamed asparagus. I’ve got an avocado sitting on the shelf. I can even top it off with some garlic–and I do!
With all these choices, I can make whatever sandwich I want. Who says vegans don’t get to eat anything?
